Street Workout is a new sports modality that has become a trend and consists of training all physical abilities using your own body weight, mixing isometric, dynamic, explosive movements and introducing extreme acrobatics in its Freestyle modality.
This sport, created on the street, is fused with calisthenics, a method of
ancestral training based on human biomechanics.
